Such a pleasure to work with!! I had to reschedule multiple times due to weather and Jennifer was always patient and accommodating. I'm so incredibly happy with my pictures, videos, website, and floor plans! Our listing looks amazing because of The Luxury Level. Jennifer was truly wonderful to work with. She took care of everything and answered multiple questions we had. She went above and beyond and was always so patient with us. Luxury Level exceeded my expectations. I recently had them draft a water color site plan for a listing of mine to put in the MLS and on the property flyers, not only was the quality amazing, it looks like an art piece. My client is going to have it framed and hang it in his new place to remember all the fantastic times spent in this home.
Definitely will work with them again. They were prompt in getting the plan to me after the measurement appointment and Jennifer worked with me on the particulars and in getting it just right....so pleased! Thank you.

I highly recommend The Luxury Level team. I reached out on a Tuesday during broker's caravan, within minutes Jennifer replied and scheduled Freddy for the next business day. Freddy took the initiative to move our appointment up since he had a cancellation, we arrived at the home in Brentwood at the same time, he did not rush me and even offered to help move some things around to get photo-ready. By the time I got into the office the following morning the photos were in my inbox and looked great! The Luxury Level rocks!!! Thank you!
