The Karate School has built confidence in my kids! They enjoy going to practice and the instructors are highly qualified. We love the extra activities like Nerf Wars and Chess as well. I would highly recommend The Karate School!

We love TKS. My son whom is 4 years enjoys the activities, as an only child he is also provided discipline and taught patience for his turn. This is a huge help for his structure development. The atmosphere is welcoming and professional.

Great place for my son to gain confidence, discipline, and dexterity. My young child started out afraid and unwilling to participate. Within 4 sessions, he began to participate more and eventually got over his fear. Now he looks forward to class every week. He's confident, has learned discipline in a different way, and has moved up in a belt. Best decision we've made and I love seeing how TKS has helped my kid develop.

Outstanding school! My son and I have been training here for over 5 years and cannot recommend it enough! The school blends traditional American Kenpo with modern grappling and striking to create a highly effective self-defense system. In addition to self-defense, The Karate School is a great place for all to learn confidence, respect, mental toughness, and countless other skills that help in everyday life. I can not sing TKS’s praises enough. Our kids have attended for over a year and it has been a true blessing. It can be intimidating coming in to something like martial arts without prior knowledge or experience, but we were welcomed with open arms not only by leadership but other students as well.

The app makes communication and scheduling a breeze. There are different memberships you can sign up for, making it easy to work around busy schedules. You choose what days and how many times to attend weekly and it can vary from week to week if needed. The app and social media pages are updated with new videos and material often. We appreciate the different methods of learning.. our kids love it and it’s nice for parents too.

Memberships are affordable but you really can’t put a price on what these students are learning here. Discipline, confidence, self-defense, setting boundaries, teamwork, focus, breaking a sweat and just plain hard work. It takes a village to raise a child and we’re grateful that TKS is part of ours.

I've been sending two children to TKS in Lemoore for a few years now. My kids love the pacing of the classes, fun activities, and testing for new belts when they are ready. I appreciate the discipline that TKS instills, the philosophical components of classes, and the rising confidence I see in my kids through sparring and making new friends. I highly recommend TKS to parents looking for fun, exercise, discipline, and self defense.

TKS not only taught my kids how to defend themselves, but also discipline, following instructions, confidence, respect, and life lessons. The instructor himself is the perfect balance of stern but understanding. He cares about each kid on a personal level and pushes them to reach their full potentials. I've been very pleased with the staff and student leaders at TKS; they are nice, patient, and caring of all the enrolled kids. Communication with families is very good and staff are easy to get a hold of when needed. The Leadership In Training (LIT) is a great program that allows advanced TKS students help teach newer students and is highly recommend. We've been very pleased with services offered at TKS.
