This is an awesome local
Bicycle shop. A few years ago at the beginning of Covid we had them transform my street bike into a comfy hybrid bike after I broke my wrist skating. Chad did an amazing job so we had him do my hubby’s bike too. We have enjoyed the incredible work done by Chad to make them into easy riders for us!!! We recently popped by for a pump. They are so knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. We will continue to patronize this wonderful local owned business!!!

Really good experience at this local gem. Long time Cotati staple that was a pleasure to be a buyer in. The owner Claire, was super helpful and exceeded my requests pleasantly. I came in with an idea that she helped me make it a reality. Love my new Cannondale MTN bike and will continue to shop there until I cannot any longer.

The people at the Hub are fantastic, and they work they do is superb. I've gone to them twice and each time they have gotten my bike back into great shape, even taking the time to teach me some new things about it that I wasn't aware of.

The shop is clean, well laid out, and well maintained, with lots of options to fit your needs.

Chaz is top notch. I had a great experience with him repairing and servicing my bike a couple of months ago and he was a pleasure to deal with. Today I came in with a new already dialed in e-bike, ready to buy accessories and ask a few questions about the bicycle components on it. Instead I was cut off by this blonde lady that seemingly didn’t want any business from me. I asked about rerouting a Tektro hydraulic bicycle brake cable on my electric bicycle and she acted as if I brought an airplane in. She appeared to have no technical knowledge about anything to do with the off the shelf e-bike I brought in but then seemed to be racking her brain to make up a price and wait time that would make me lose interest. I didn’t even get half way into the shop before I was rushed out, I didn’t even get to browse anything or ask my other questions.
Everyone knows this stuff is cheaper online ,the reason I go to a brick and mortar bike shop is to support local businesses, talk to an expert and have a good customer experience. The attitude of the woman that stormed up to me when I walked in will be the experience that I take away. Very unwelcoming.

As an avid cyclist and customer of many bike shops for more than 25 years, I am appalled to share that this bike shops owners are among the worst in representing their shop out in public display. I met them in a public campground and upon parking adjacent to them on our RESERVED site, they asked us if we would like to move to a different site because they thought we were noisy? Even having the audacity to offer a site number that they thought was open (Really). We were there for the first 2 minutes before Claire or maybe Karen asked us if we were loud campers. No hello. If these owners act entitled like this in a public scenario while representing their brand with their orange VW bus then, what more to customers through their bike shop doors. They are probably skilled at bike repair but be gravely aware of their customer service.

I've had good experiences in the past with great customer service and value. Today however was a very terrible experience. I was greeted while standing outside waiting to fix a flat before they even opened. Nice guy Chaz helped me out but when I went inside to pay, a very large woman with blonde hair started screaming at me to get the heck out of her store because I entered with no mask. While I do understand the concern for safety I felt this was extremely unprofessional. With the amount of confusion going on with where you have to wear a mask or not I felt she could have been a lot more reasonable in explaining their policy to me rather than screaming at me like I'm a dirty animal. It's very sad to me that the division in our country has caused people to react and act this way.
