Apparently they can not read; I filled out a thing and provided my number three times for them to still call the wrong number. Then instead of responding to my text or phone call with in our interview time they just ignored me. And sent another email to reschedule a phone interview. Filled that out again and they still didn’t call the number provided. The person that I talked to for the interview was whispering/mumbling making it hard to hear and understand them. The entire process shows that they do not care; it was the most informal interview I’ve ever had. When they finally called the correct number the person was extremely rude and harsh during the interview; why would anyone want to work for a company when that is the interview process? It was like talking to a AI that wouldn’t listen. Then they had the nerve to ask for a review.. well here you go

We worked with John Natoli help find employees for our millwork business in Las Vegas. After two months we have very limited candidates sent to us an NONE with the skillset we had outlined. many had absolutely no finish carpentry experience.

We asked for a refund based on the money back guarantee they include in their adds and sales pitch. We were told we would they would honor that and we would receive it in 5-10 days. It was never received. And now John and Chris don't answer our calls.

Now I am filing a complaint through the CA Attorney General's Office.
