Thanks to the person who left their parking meter with an hour and a half on it. I left it with an hour after picking up my food from Cheesecake Factory...sending you all the good vibes - you are the best kind of human!

Nice little place. Has a lot of shopping and eating options. A nice calming fountain and play area for the kids. One street by the food court has been shut down and converted into an large outdoor seating area. Target and CVS are also on site

Pretty dang big for an outdoor shopping mall, so that’s definitely a plus. They have a movie theater where they play all the latest flicks, quality restaurants, a Menchie’s, a Whole Foods, some bars, bike racks, clothing stores, a LoHo, and of course, a Starbucks (not counting the mini one at Target), a Claire’s, a Victoria’s Secret, some boba shops, and a Target. They even have a bowling place, a massage place, a pottery place, and believe it or not, an escape room!

They have a several turtle ponds, a couple of fountains (the biggest and arguably prettiest one being the one near the entrance, but the one in front of the movie theater is pretty too and has cute little metal mermaids on it), occasional concerts (often, if not usually, tribute bands) in the park on the stage area right near the entrance, nice and somewhat nostalgic music, and a playground right near the Target.

Fun fact: the Target is the oldest building there. I know this because they didn’t build any of the other buildings that are currently there until I was 8!

We had a day out at the movies!
Bought tickets and snacks online using the Cinemark app! So easy! walk in and get scanned for the movie, then to pick up the food....then walk to the theater. No having to wait in any real lines! Also, I love that people are directed to exit by the bathrooms, so traffic is not moving both ways thru the lobby. They really have found the best way possible to decrease your exposure to large crowds.
Usually go to first showing in the day -- but that was an XD 3D and we just wanted to see the XD. Love that you get to pick your own seats ahead of time. Most people pick seats that are at least 1 seat away... but not all.

This is a good selection of stores that makes for a great place to hang out at. From bars, to music, to shopping, to food, this place has almost all. There is a little downside of kids causing havoc every friday night, but it is easy to avoid them if you're over 21. Oh, and this place has a pretty nice theater and a gym!
So this is definitely Oxnards gathering place on a weekend.

Im proud to say that this place belongs to the city OXNARD, as so does the area around it.

I LOVED this place. I'm from Fresno, and we have a somewhat similar RiverPark, bit nothing like this. There are tons of restaurants and shops. Most are still open, some have small lines outside. Plenty of social distancing signage, everyone is disinfecting store and high traffic areas. Can't wait to see it back in full swing after everything is back to "normal".
