This is a campus of office buildings. Across from Femont st, there are stores like Starbuck, subway, etc. La Fitness is there as well. LA County building department is across from LA Fitness sid . Ine block away are other stores, including Target, Suplantation, Joan, etc.

Nice to have 2hr free validated parking from LA Fitness, but exiting their parking structure was a nightmare. I waited with an idling engine, burning gasoline for more than 10 minutes to get out. This is unacceptable and I don't want to return for this reason.

I had the Pleasure of Visiting this Campus, Beautiful! Parking was great and cheap!! Wasn't too sure how to get to my destination but the Front Desk Security Manager Rolando went out of his way and escorted me to the Building. Overall, a great experience!

Public parking with automatic gate and 1 clerk.
Mentor agency inside the building, very clean, open doors for activities after 5 pm
Lighting all the way to the basement floor.
This is a county facility.
After hours, everything is very quiet.

Parking is convenient and easy to find at the LA Fitness gym, but ALWAYS make sure you stamp your ticket, or it will cost a lot. They have a very helpful electronic map kiosk, at the East side of the main courtyard.

Very Nice Campus, Business friendly with Many Offices available for rent. Parking is free if under 20 minutes, $5 if you park for a few hours. There is a Campus Snack Shop followed by a ATM inside the shop.
