Horrible experience! This office management is the worst I've seen!
Your wait is over an hour, they don't call you back, I mean EVER !
If you don't have capacity to give patient a call after a Brain MRI, you don't need to be in business!! I have called and left numerous messages, and still no response! Whoever is managing this facility needs to be fired along with the staff!
They gave me an appointment, only to tell me after arrival insurance earlier that morning, 5 hours earlier, did not approve my visit! You think they would call and cancel! Bedside manners are non existent! Really sad those are the people who are supposed to be working in the Healthcare service!!

The doctors are easy to talk to. They are attentive to what you have to say. They don’t just listen. One of the doctors I’ve visited with and trust is Dr. Al-Habibi in Plano. The office is clean the staff is very helpful and very attentive to your need while you are there. They are timely you don’t wait long but , if you do it’s because they are giving someone the very same kind attentiveness you would care to have. However they are pretty timely. I’m very pleased with the kindness shown and a Doctor that hears you, looks at you, not at a scream while listening to you. I would highly recommend this medical team.

Dr. Al-Habib is THE most compassionate doctor I've ever met. She takes her time during each appointment to listen carefully to my story and my needs. She responds with empathy and expertise that is rare these days. I can't recommend her enough!

I went to Dr. Zhao for a nerve test it was just a one time appointment for my unique situation. Although it was the first time I met her she made me feel like she knew me for a long time. She is a great listener and took her time with me. She even explained as she conducted the testing what she was seeing. She clearly explained the test and what she found which I wasn't expecting. Excellent bedside matter very kind and attentive and answered all my questions about my condition throughout the entire test which took over 2 hours. She made me feel at home and totally comfortable with her. If my situation was different and I were able to make her my doctor I would not hesitate even though I live over 2 and a half hours away from her office I would gladly make the journey to her and let her treat me I have no doubt she could help me feel better physically which no other doctor has been able to do not because they weren't excellent but because my injuries are extensive and she really knows what shes doing. I would recommend her to anyone in her area with nerve issues, constant headache issues or anything else that is within her specialty field. she and her staff are very kind and knowledgeable and treat you as part of the family and truly care about you. A++ I cannot say enough about her or her team just excellent!!! William Bornn...

I appreciate the promptness and professionalism. Within just a few minutes of my appointment time I was taken back and greeted by Dr. Zhao. She got started on my testing right away, gave me an honest response when I asked if I should expect discomfort; continuously confirmed that I was okay and got me out of there within the timeframe given to me over the phone.

Dr. Zhao is a remarkable doctor! She’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. She takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! On my initial visit after leaving my former neurologist; I had since 2018, I was a bit apprehensive; however, she was terrific. Very knowledgeable, sensitive, informative thus making me feel at ease.

The entire staff is courteous, and professional, overall, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a specialist.

I gave the office 4 Stars only because they recently moved into a new building with new construction right next door, so beware, it’s a little noisy, but you’ll get great health care services. Otherwise, it's 5 stars all the way!!!

I saw Dr. Alla Al-Habib for headache. I was so glad that I found her. She comes across as a very kind person and doctor. During my first visit, she reviewed my medical history for the past 11 years, listened carefully to what I had to tell her about the current situation, and explained patiently and clearly her opinion. She also recommended me to do a thorough examination of the blood supply system to the brain, and also recommended that I see a cardiologist at the same time, so together a comprehensive diagnose and a proper treatment plan can be formed.
