However, after just one in home visit from Faith, I was able to reset my breastfeeding journey and haven’t looked back! Faith is caring and professional, takes the time to explain what she’s observed and what small adjustments may be needed, and answered all our questions - no matter how basic. I had two follow up visits to ensure I was on track to meet my feeding goals, and my son was getting all he needed.

All my interactions with both Faith and Barb felt like talking with a mom or sister. I cannot thank them enough for their support and highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for lactation support.

Highly recommend Texas Lactation consultants! The experience is so much better than what you receive at the hospital. Faith really made me feel at ease and answered our many questions and worked with us based on what our goals were. Faith is amazing. She helped me with both of my babies! I tell all of my friends, who are pregnant, to call Faith once they have their baby! When my second baby was born, I thought, "oh I got this, I've already nursed our first child for a few years." I found myself crying one night, in pain, texting Barb (Faith's momma). Barbara was so sweet (both calling and texting me late one night as I was basically in a panic) and put me in touch with Faith, who ultimately came to my home the following day. This review won’t be able to do it justice. But here it goes….
My wife and I found ourselves needing support and advice with an issue related to her breastfeeding. We had only been home with our newborn for 2 days and were in total disarray. While we waited to see if insurance would approve an appointment with Texas Lactation Consultants, we reached out and got in touch with Barbara. She immediately took a call with us to troubleshoot our issue despite not having an appointment lined up. Not only was her down to earth and relatable personality comforting, but her advice worked wonders. That short phone call has made such a difference in my wife’s breastfeeding journey. My wife and I are so thankful for the guidance and whole experience of working with Faith. She was so amazing and helpful that we really went from being on the verge of tears trying to get our son fed to conquering the day and watching our boy grow with results on the scale to prove it. I can't sing enough praises of Faith and her mother Barbara. I reached out to TLC four days after I gave birth to my baby boy after attempting to breastfeed for the first time. I was anxious, in pain, and desperate for guidance. The minute Faith walked into our home, her reassuring nature put me at ease.
