Tevera is functionally so bad it will make you feel like you're back in the days of dial up and computers that take up your whole desk. Seriously If any comp-sci majors are looking for a case study in failed UI this is it. Working with this app/website makes me wonder if we're really living in 2024, as I'm quite confident AI could build a better and more functional version of this in about 30 minutes... It's literally a calendar and a portal for forms with a "lifetime membership".
For context, I make it a point to not write negative reviews for local businesses (hard enough as it is), but when I'm forced to purchase a product like Tevera and it functions as poorly as this one does I think a little feedback is warranted.

Terrible UI, features either break frequently or never worked to begin with, total scam of an app. A "lifetime license" to an app students are forced to buy and won't use again after graduation. Shame.

Paid for a "lifetime" subscription for school (school required us to use/buy Tevera), used it to track my internship, fine, but difficult to use/navigate/not user friendly, was unable to "roll it over" into my job, could not get any assistance from their "help desk" and eventually just gave up and bought a subscription to Time2Track. Would not recommend.

Honestly I'm dreading having to use this system for my field placement. I've heard awful things from my upperclassmen and reading the reviews it seems we're not the only ones struggling with their system. I found it hilarious that they had the audacity to respond to someone saying "the fastest why to receive support is through our ticketing system" when the initial review said they had never responded to any of their support tickets! Clearly their customer service is non-existent and I hope I can convince my school to not us this platform so I don't have to pay their absurd fee.

They provide timely and excellent service that resolves all the issues I encounter as I try to set up my account to keep track of and run reports for my pre- and post-AMFT hours. Their tech support person, Rich, is super kind and patience.

This is the worst customer service and program I have experienced. I am not one who usually writes bad reviews in any form. I have tried calling and contacting this program's customer service multiple times and have yet to hear a reply for over three days. I was told as a student we should have lifetime access and customer service to this portal and have yet to receive any support. The lack of response is inappropriate and unprofessional as many students post graduation are relying on this program to keep track of their hours, myself included. I do not recommend schools or students to use this program until they change and improve on their customer service response timing. I have logged multiple support tickets via the website and emailed the customer support team and still have not heard back with any solutions. I am unable to log a support ticket from my portal because my inability to access my portal is the problem.

The customer service department is almost as if it is none existent. I reached out to Tevera to assist me in switching my institutions, and it has yet to be done! It’s been 2 or 3 weeks since I’ve reached out and I still haven’t heard back from them. I need to move along with a process for my college and they’re holding me back here.
