Was recently in the market for a new PC. I broadcast and game on mine and needed something that would hold up.

A friend referred me to TPI and it was SOLID from order to getting it home. It's been super-reliable.

Fun bragging rights? When people see my specs and ask what I paid, even people who insistently bugged me about building my own to save money said it cost barely any more than it would have cost them to build it. And that includes two years parts and labor in a warranty.

I had *one* issue, and it ended up being a manufacturers defect. TPI overnighted a new part and fixed it in one day.

The guys are really professional and really fast. I cannot recommend them enough! (The other tower shown was my old one).

I had unexplainable freezing issues on my custom PC, even after updating every possible driver and resetting. Raymond took in my PC and was able to pinpoint the faulty CPU, replace it quickly via RMA, and even corrected the improper fan setup that I was unaware of. Consistent communication was provided throughout the entire process, giving me peace of mind. 11/10 would recommend.

Best customer service ever! Raymond and his team are the best. My husband and I have been getting computers from them for years. I don't even remember how we found them, but the prices are so reasonable, and the quality is amazing! I had trouble with my hard drive not being read by the new system and Raymond copied all my files to a new hard drive. That saved me so much stress and worry because the drive had very important pictures for me. They will help you if you need, which is so important to me since I know very little about computers. Thank you TPI!

Lewis is the man!!

Had an emergency preventing me from completing a PC build for my nephew that I needed to get done in the next couple days (Surprise Bday gift) and my AIO mounting screw snapped off, so I couldn’t properly secure it to the motherboard.

I called in and spoke to Lewis. I simply asked if there were any extra mounting screws for the model I had that I could buy. He suggested I come-in with one of the screws so he could check. I did and sure enough, he not only found one but he was kind enough to give it to me for free. THAT’S excellent customer service right there!

Lewis saved my day. I’ll be sure to keep Technology Partners, Inc. in mind moving forward for any PC support/purchasing needs and tell all my friends!

Went in and immediately was greeted by the builder and he sent me the owner and we had a discussion about my custom built pc i wanted. I went in not really knowing what i wanted and he helped me greatly get something that will last for years and something I’m extremely grateful and satisfied with the home set up process was also very simple and i 100% recommend technology partners for a more personalized and knowledgeable experience when buying a pc
