Terrible experience. I left my laptop here to be checked for a possible virus. After paying and going home, I realized that the charger returned to me was not the original charger. It did not fit properly into the charger slot and was much smaller than the original charger. It was unable to charge my laptop battery. My battery died as a result of not being charged. They effectively broke my laptop. I was heartbroken by this failure. Now my laptop takes forever to come on and will not stay on if unplugged.

I went in person to complain and did not receive satisfaction. The staff denied misplacing my original charger. I now have to go out and buy a new laptop. I cannot understand the good reviews for this company and will never recommend this shop to anyone.

Got these guys to build an awesome gaming PC. After chatting with them about my 'wish list', they built a PC that is AWESOME!!!!!
Returned again to get my son a laptop for college.
If you have issues with your computer, or need a new or refurbished one, this is the place to go!
Forget Amazon or any of those 'sad' places, these guys ROCK!!!!!!

Went to Technician X for the first time this week and am totally satisfied with all aspects of this company. My laptop would no longer charge. They diagnosed it accurately and upon my agreement to proceed were able to get the necessary part, install and test it in half the time of the original estimate.The cost was very reasonable. Also, every employee I dealt with was personable and very knowledgeable. Most importantly they are honest and have gained my trust. I will definitely use them for my future repair needs for my laptop, desktop and phone.

Completely and totally satisfied with both the excellent service and clear explanations...very, very competent and personable staff! I went to TechnicianX for computer migration from Windows 10 to a Windows 11 on a new PC. This involved helping insure my cloud backup and various programs were transferred in a 2-step process that included a house call the next day to connect my printer and insure my lan was working.
