First thing first. Their email address and phone numbers are fake, no replies on live chat and on facebook messenger. I'll visit the address on the website, but to be honest, I have no hope it's the company address. When you start having problems, you have nobody to talk. When I asked the guy, who supposed to train me, I needed to talk to a manager, his reply was 'good luck' with a smiley face.
I spent 15 thousand dollars in total. Production of the merchandise was completed 4 months ago, but these people have absolutely no intention to bring them into Amazon warehouse. They dont take ANY responsibility whatsoever. I'm in the middle of unknown after so many months have passed and spent 15 grand. If you still want to give them a try, its a big gamble that you should be aware of.
And if you wonder what they teach, absolutely nothing. He keeps saying he is working on my projects at his home by himself. Almost nothing was shown so far. Had he taught me how to do listing etc, at least I would do it by myself; but once again, it's a dead end.
Btw, if they ask you to pay for 'marketing' fee, don't pay that money. What they do is, they find fake customers and they make positive rewiev on your products. This is very against the Amazon rules and there is a big chance you will lose your seller account forever.
