My new go to place for any PC issues! Had a major issue reinstalling Windows on my laptop - Friday morning they had me back up and running so fast and even helped me optimize it and install correct graphics card drivers! tbh It's now better setup than when I first got it. Super friendly and very responsive and a short walk from downtown. 100% will be using them again - great job!

To date, never had an issue with TechHub, however, I needed to extract data from an External HD and wanted to be afforded the opportunity to communicate the issues in person to prevent any potential issues which could be tracked back to a lack of communication or from the transferring of knowledge. Especially since the information on the HD is sensitive.
As a result of the desire to have that opportunity to communicate that knowledge, I was called and informed that the fee would essentially change from $50 diagnostic fee (which is just dropped off without the communication) to $250/hour (with the communication).
I would think the success of extracting the information for a customer would outweigh the 15 minute conversation. If the time is that critical, charge me a fee of $62.50 (250*.25) plus the $50 to compensate the Super's time while ensuring the Project is successfully completed.
This is coming from a Consultant that lives on billable hours.

Great diagnostic and service. Jeremiah helped me each step of the way and was great at communicating. I used to work at a cell phones, pc, gaming repair shop and his level of detail is top tier from my experience. Saved me money by correctly diagnosing the problem and even cleaned my pc up a lot from the state I gave it. Highly recommend going here for pc repair. Fair prices and great service.

Super fast and helpful! I worked with Jeremiah and he was extremely transparent with explaining what was wrong and providing options for ways I can fix the issues in my own.

I dropped off my computer at 2pm and by
4pm he already completed the diagnostic with ways of fixing it.

He also talked to me about potential upgrades for the future I should consider. Great help! Great experience! Any time I have electronic issues, I’ll be coming back here.

Would recommend to anyone!

TechHub & Jeremiah did a great job in helping me fix my custom gaming PC. They were kind enough to only charge me a diagnostic fee as the issue my computer was having was due to a bent wire. I'll be sure to bring my PC back if there are any issues in the future. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jeremiah was very friendly and helpful. I brought in a Dell laptop that had been subjected to a power surge and was unresponsive to multiple attempts to boot it up. I was hoping that the TechHub folks would be able to bring it back to life. Later that same day, I received an email that said the Dell was fully functioning again. Miracle?

Jeremiah explained that sometimes after a computer experiences a power surge it can go into a "coma" for a while. It just needs some time to "decompress". After it decompressed, he was able to bring it back to life and ran full diagnostics on it. Voila, the Dell was saved.

Jeremiah also told me that I still had a full warranty on the laptop and recommended that I have Dell do a checkup on it while the warranty was still valid. Great advice.

Computer problems? I'd certainly give TechHub a chance to help.

I am editing my review, although communication was great service on the other hand of the final product was not we noticed the screen that we had replaced was not properly seated into the computer I do not think anything of it I figured just because maybe it was not the right screen that was for the computer but it still worked so I didn’t bother but after a crack appeared in the same exact spot. I called the technician to see what they could do to help and let him know that I don’t think they properly installed the screen or maybe it was the wrong screen that was installed. I know that a crack is supposed to be a physical. Action but at the same time, if it was not properly installed something like this could happen I should’ve went in there after I noticed the screen was it properly seated this was my fault, but they took no accountability and instead got extremely defensive, and he said he was going to look at the pictures, but he insisted that he took enough pictures to defend himself so he wasn’t really willing to work with me. This guy was rude and he said he was the owner. He has no customer service Experience not only was he extremely expensive. His final product was not that great. I would strongly suggest trying a different tech with your problems. He’s very expensive very rude and he might not do your repair properly

This place was incredible. I brought in my Microsoft Surface Book 2 which absolutely wouldn't turn on after repeated and extended attempts at charging and starting and they got it booted and identified that the problem was my charger. I only had to pay a diagnostic fee and they were able to solve my problem and I have a working laptop again (when I thought I was looking at an $1800 paperweight). If I could give them 6/5 stars I would.
