Just had my PS5 cleaned. They did an excellent job. Couldn’t believe how much dust actually accumulated to the interior of my console. They are quick to respond and setting up an appointment was easy. Highly recommend and will be using their services in the future.

I was iffy about sending my console away to a stranger to be honest. Once I got my Nintendo switch back from them working and in great condition I can only imagine myself taking all my devices to them for future repairs! Definitely recommend! Friendly and straightforward. Thank you Tech-Cidents!

I used this service to replace my broken screen. They gave me three different options and I made sure to ask if any of those options would effect the functionality of the phone. I was told any option would be fine as they only work with quality parts. The screen broke with in a week of it being fixed. The phone was never dropped and when I reached out to the owner they blamed it on me. They stated I had dropped it or put pressure on it. I never dropped the phone and never put any pressure on the phone. They took no accountability and blamed me. They wouldn’t even work with me, and there warranty policy is not good. I would never recommend this company based on the fact they can not take accountability when they misinform and make mistakes. Based on my experience they blame the customer .
