Our company has been working with Techbldrs for nearly a decade, and I am so glad! I usually get a call back from the Techbldrs team (usually Sammer) really quickly and they are so excellent at resolving any issues that I have with my computer! ITs not slander when its true. These guys billing practices are horrible. Our company contracted them to install some equipment on an existing network at a client's place of business. We were quoted $250 per hour. They were there 1 hour and 18 min according to our phone records (as we were on the phone with the tech the whole time) and the owner of the business who welcomed them to come in and saw them off. Job well done. We were billed $875!!! and then told we were lucky we didn't get billed another $250 for the drive to the business. They were going to charge me $500 for driving to and from the business of which we were never informed? Who does that? Find someone else that does not inflate their hours and will not charge you for travel. Way to take advantage of a company from out of state fellas!
