It was finally time to upgrade my business laptop. The original laptop I determined I'd need would've been rather expensive if I bought it from the manufacturer or BestBuy, etc. I stumbled upon Tech for Less and thought it might be a scam at first since I was saving roughly $800 on this particular model. I think mine was an "open box" unit.

I decided to go with them and just a few days later I had my new laptop which has been working perfectly and allowing me to get my job done. They provided great tracking links which I appreciated.

It is my pleasure to submit a five star review for Tech for Less. The customer service that I received was phenomenal. It is sad but sometimes in the world we now live in many businesses are only interested in their bottom line at the expense of their customer's needs. Tech for Less most definitely does not follow that blueprint. In conclusion I want to express my gratitude for the kindness extended to me. You really know how to run a business. For a birthday gift, I got the Samsung 65" RU8000 television from Tech For Less. This was my first time ordering something with a high asking price and have it shipped to my location. The television came via direct ship, which I have never tried before. The company and their representative were very knowledgeable and friendly, answering any questions that I had. They kept me informed about my order and how to get in contact with the shipping company if I had any questions/concerns. Definitely will order from this company again.

Hi Folks,
I stumbled on Tech For Less by accident when I was looking to buy a flat screen TV. They are the most awesome company to stumble upon! Kind of like stumbling upon a $100.00 bill in the gutter!
I bought a Samsung 40" Smart TV for my initial purchase. It arrived perfectly, in time to see the New England Patriots crush Atlanta. I also bought 2 Monster Tablets for the dirt cheap price of about $39.00 each. Once I got the billing address/shipping address sorted out everything arrived as promised, timely, in perfect condition and even better than their disclaimer often states "about factory" scratches or physical defects or "open boxes", who cares, it's the product that matters not the box.
I have referred every single friend of mine to this awesome company, I cannot say enough. Now I write a lot of product reviews for Amazon (as a customer) Tech For Less is definitely a company that gets both thumbs up plus a few fireworks. I do not think you will be disappointed doing business with Tech For Less. I'm not and I'm a hard nut to crack!
But they have more, called lightning (or wicked good specials) sales. I receive an email advertising great products, gadgets and general "stuff" for prices so in-expensive I'm "almost" tempted to buy them every time I see them.
I live in Massachusetts on Cape Cod, Tech For Less have their business in Colorado Springs Colorado, according to that cute voice on my phone that distance is 2,029.6 miles away from my house. Further than the local Best Buy but right next door when it comes to customer satisfaction, service, delivery, price and just plain overall great business practices.
I promised Tech For Less a few fireworks. Here is the picture of the 100th Anniversary of the opening of the Cape Cod Canal, the fireworks are being shot off from the top of the Cape Cod Railway Canal Crossing Bridge.

When you call for sales (sorry to blow up your phone, my friend), you're gonna want to ask for Donny. I've bought three open-box laptops from them and they were not only ~40% off retail, they were in mint condition. One of the computers had an issue with audio, but I was able to exchange it for a fourth one that was also in mint condition.

Reassuring to spend money with a company that has great front and back end customer service right along with phenomenal prices on their products. Way better than they even advertise to be.

Well...glad I bought this on a credit card so I can dispute it. Been trying for weeks to get through to customer service by telephone. Although the recording fails to specify the time zone, I know they close at 4...,so I'm sure to time my call well within that deadline, no matter what time zone. Still nothing but an endless loop of music.

Purchased a TV right after Christmas. It arrived via FedEx in a badly damaged box. The TV did not show any external signs of damage, but it became obvious after I plugged it in...the screen was damaged internally. Trouble is...FedEx needs the shipper (Tech for Less) to file the claim. And since they don't answer, I get to have this paperweight in my dining room for weeks. Initially I thought I'd just seek a replacement but after wasting so much time on hold, with no resolution, I had no choice but to file an Amex dispute.

I would never do business with this company again, but if you choose to do so, I would strongly advise paying by credit card instead of debit. You'll have a much easier time getting an immediate credit on your account. The only downside is having to retain the damaged mdse and box throughout the investigation.

Purchased an RTX 4090 from them recently and was very impressed. Listing was for an “open box” GPU. Everything was packaged like it was factory new and it runs flawlessly. Payed for expedited shipping and they expedited shipping and it arrived on time.
