Told us that we are paying for our due income tax but he charged us for his fee. Also deducted a fee from the tax returns on top of it.. lied to our faces. These people take advantage of everyone and lie to you getting you back the bare minimum for your taxes. He also marked down false information on the filing papers and tried to correct it with a pen after he filed it.. filing a complaint with BBB and IRS I hope you lose your license!
