A good campus but commuting is an issue.No vehicles are available.if you are going by OLA or Uber make sure you take it on rental basis.

For interviews of student they donot allowed parents to go inside to sit. Atleast they should allow to sit inside under shade of tree .Parents were standing outside in sunny whether in Nagpur.
Management team should think about it.

Good company for experience but very slow growth. Good for experienced employees please do not join as a fresher they will give you less pay. Good ambience and good management. Very supportive people. My life changed after I joined tcs.

TCS nagpur is growing very fast. It has more than 5000 employees. It is located in Mihaan area which has good connectivity from all part of city due to metro. Campus is beautiful.
Unless you are for a long time in TCS you will never understand the benefits and best policies company has.
But if someone wants to learn and grow their career, they should never think about leaving TCS. They have so many things to learn and understand, it is unlimited. The company is growing like anything and it is on par with other TCS locations. There are many extremely talented people in TCS. People of surrounding locations of Nagpur are choosing TCS other than any company
For people of Nagpur, TCS still remain no.1 company to work for. It is in the Big Four IT companies in India.
If someone really wants to learn and grow in career, they will choose TCS, no matter wherever it is. It takes time but the waiting is worth it.
There is a reason why still TCS is no.1 in India which few and top people in company know what makes it still the best.
Nagpur is very good city. It is developing and Metro has started . Nagpur has a little bit-Pune kind of life and time to yourself. Summer is hot no doubt but rest of the time, it is manageable.
If someone wants to make their career, they will find no such silly excuse and will work with TCS.
At last I will say, once you leave TCS there is no chance to come back because of their no rehire policy.
