Sarah is such a beautiful spirit. She welcomes you into the space with care and ease. She is very knowledgeable and explained the treatment to me (craniosacral & TMJD) which I never have done before. The stress in my jaw subsided by the time the treatment was over and I had a deep sense of relaxation from the craniosacral treatment. I highly recommend Sarah, and I am sure the other women at Take Care are just as wonderful!

Not only does the space at Take Care make you feel at ease, but a treatment with Sarah is next level of relaxation. And you leave with glowing skin too! Will definitely make Take Care a regular part of my wellness routine!

I have seen Sarah several times, and am always impressed with how different I feel post session compared to before. Sarah's soothing demeanor and wealth of knowledge makes you feel like you are in safe hands, and you can go to a deeply healing space while she works her magic. My jaw and nervous system decompresses and unwinds through her dreamy TMJ release and craniosacral therapy. LOVE this place!

I've seen Sarah several times for both craniosacral work as well as microcurrent treatments and no matter the modality she brings such a gentle presence and skill to her work. I recently saw her for a TMJ craniosacral treatment, it was such a special treatment and I experienced a lot of relief for my jaw tension. I highly recommend booking a session with her.

Going to to Take Care for a facial is like taking a mini vacation. It feels incredible and you walk put looking well rested.
I have such respect for these ladies and what they do. They are so educated and knowledgeable about skin and self care and clearly are doing what they love. I am in my mid 40's and trying to age as gracefully as possible. I can see such a difference in my skin after a micro current facial, it feels lifted and hydrated with a glow. It is also such a pleasant loving experience I walk out feeling better for it. Run don't walk to this little haven of beauty. Thank you Take Care, I finally feel confident walking out with no makeup on my face. See you again very soon!

I received a TMJ treatment from Sarah, an aesthetician and craniosacral therapist at this adorable little studio. She was personable and knowledgeable. I’ve suffered with TMJ pain and tightness for years, and this extraordinary treatment really allows my jaw to loosen and reduces my tension. Following the treatment up with a facial is the ideal follow up. My problem skin was absolutely glowing!

So let me tell you this place is a life saver as well as one of the most relaxing things you can do for yourself and your face. I came to NY 7 years ago and had been doing botox for years, and was ready to transition out. I had a couple places in my face that were not sitting well as as I was trying to get away from botox, a bump here and a dent there. Not good. Sarah and the ladies at take care, really took care of me. Helped me transition out of botox into having a natural youthful look. Mico current is the best thing I’ve found, and the ladies at take care have really perfected their craft. If you have tried it, you have to give it a go. I am forever in there debt and a life time client. I get constant compliments when I leave them. Thanks so much take care. I love.
