These guys were not bad to deal with. The fault was my medical company changing their billing and auto pay stopped. They apparently called and made a lame effort to fix it.

Synerprise on the other hand, setup a payment plan for me, aren't reporting to collections, just offering a billing service. Was nice to deal with cause I was pretty stressed out, my credit is important to me. Thanks! 🙏

They aren't a scam, but what they're doing is definitely skeezy. I contacted the original source of my apparent debt and discovered I owe nothing, yet they kept changing their story about who I owed the debt to. Look up your rights with HIPAA. They claim not to violate it, but they definitely do. They claimed that they couldn't give me any information without my name, yet provided me with general information. They accused me of trying to intimidate them which is ironic considering they spend their days trying to intimidate people. I suggested to the gentleman he should find a non soul sucking job. Synerprise refused to legitimize the apparent debt which is also a violation of the FDCPA. They know that what they're doing is wrong and illegal, yet they try to sing the "We've been doing this for 20 years" song and dance without understanding my attorneys have been doing what they do for over 40 years. Make sure companies like this legitimize debt and look for anything that violates the FDCPA. Know your rights. Don't just fork over money to these awful predatory people. I will be filing claims against them both through HIPAA and FDCPA and, if you've been contacted by them and find violations, you should as well.

Definitely scam. All my accounts are settled by 3rd party, but these guys never showed up any for billing, for any company. Dispute all credit reports.

Just like the others said, extremely rude group of people once things aren't going their way. Ben made me do all the leg work to prove a bill was incorrect and shouldn't have come to collections. After I got confirmation from the original debtor saying I had a zero balance, Synerprise promised to refund me my payment which I have been waiting on for about 2 weeks. These people are very fraudulent and very unprofessional. I frown at companies who do business with these crooks

Absolutely horrible. I was trying to talk and explain my situation and this person was really rude, sounded mad, and she was almost yells at me. As i mentioned before, I am not a native speaker, so it takes a little time to answer or talk, and this person just get off the phone without saying anything to me, while I was talking. What a horrible service is this?

I spent all day going over my credit report and resolving my debts. All of the people I spoke to were very bitter, and angry sounding people. I understand being in this industry can be stressful, but they chose to be in this line of work. With that being said Synerprise Consulting was the only one that was helpful and in good spirits despite the nature of work. Thank you for that.

Never heard of these people never got a bill for anything but they turned me in on bad credit for $260.00 my credit score went from 820 to 685. These people may be buying illegal stolen CC info. And collecting money for their company.

After paying in full their unprofessional attempts for $128.00 even though the Physician agreed was paid and would call off the collections. SCS continued until I paid.
After all that they reported me a bad credit and this is the only blemish on my once was perfect record.
This company is corrupt.
