I have been working with Synergy since 2013. I am happy working with them. The employer is very friendly and helpful. I have been through a lot in my financial situations, whenever I encountered with financial stunts, my employer is my safe haven. My mom diagnosed with cancer all of sudden in the year of 2020. I did not know who to ask for help. My boy friend was rich and well settled guy in his career, but he was dating another woman , enjoying his marriage festivals with her during that time but my employer helped me for her treatment. Not the first time but as many times I got into this type of situations, he will be there always as and when I needed. I never got any visa issue, even if does he has capability to take care. I never had fear of employment and the useless rigid rules of every employer. He is a flexible and open to hear us, open to help us.

I was working with a client that was sponsored by synergy. During the process the agent was setting up a interview and had reached out to setup a interview. Suddenly all communication went dead and after finally reaching one of the agents they had no record of my application or the client. It's a shame but this company looks completely fraudulent for job seekers.
