Mike arrived on time, did a great job with our service call and was very professional as well as being courteous and friendly. He helped me with additional questions that I had not included in the original service call. He had concluded our call and left only to have to return to fix an issue that I had created and was still very friendly. If you ever have any issues with Control4, Mike and Switch are who you need.
