Their customer service is just as bad as HP and Microsoft. I had one tech transfer himself to himself 4 times in a row before he hung up on me. It took me 7 calls and 2 web chats to finally get through but still got several different answers in the process. I will not be recommending this company to any more of my clients. Organization and communication is what this company lacks.

The other reviews here pertaining to the atrocious customer service are accurate. We have now been without the use of our ACT! database for a month now, and it is the 2nd time this has occurred. I have emailed their customer service 4x now with no response.
