I have done several projects on an apartment building with Sustainable Energy Group.

The work was always great, but on one of the projects PG&E was dragging its feet on their part of the work.

SEG diligently called and emailed PG&E every week until it was done. They went way above and beyond to make sure the project got completed. You can really count on these people.

Everything from start to finish with SEG has been great. There were a few very small glitches in operation (between the battery and switchover) and they immediately trouble shot and fixed the glitch. Even went so far to monitor it for weeks to ensure everything was fully operational. I haven't paid an electrical bill since installation almost 2 years ago. SEG is fabulous!

These folks are great, friendly, and trustworthy. We thought we had a problem with our inverter and they immediately scheduled us for an inspection at a very fair price. When I cancelled our appointment after discovering we had a switch turned off, they refunded my inspection fee with a cheerful with a pleasant attitude. Kindal is an excellent customer service representative.

I had my solar and LG battery Backup installed by another company. The battery eventually died after 2 years and they were no longer certified to do the work. After more emails an calls then I could count I reached out to SEG. Within two weeks of the service call I had a NEW LG battery installed. Matt was awesome!

We wholeheartedly recommend SEG for solar and related building installations. We had two major projects with SEG...the first was the solar panels, which were professionally installed to produce ample electricity for the main house and an ADU cottage under construction.

The second project was to connect the newly built cottage to the electrical panel SEG installed on the main house. In every phase of the work, my husband and I were kept informed of their progress.

The SEG team, Brian Gardner and David Sansone, were excellent communicators and prepared us for all that was needed to occur. We treasured their professionalism and the top-quality work they did at our home. SEG's employees provided courteous and reliable service that was unmatched in our experience. We highly recommend SEG for solar installations and related work for a home or business.

S.E.G. Treated us just fine from initial solar consultation, to contract finalization, to solid attractive and quick installation, and permission to operate. The journey was with professionals who sized our battery and solar system to fit our needs. They used state of the art equipment and got the job done!
