I don't recommend STORIS. They won't let you test/play in their software until it's purchased. They can't get you accurate basic reports (ex: written sales report). They don't know the software well themselves. Be prepared to learn on your own as there's no training process they follow. You have to ask them questions for training. Feel stuck as we're 5 months in. Overall just really disappointed with the company.

Terrible customer service and support. Not user friendly. One star for good reporting, but not customizable. Sales team pitches a great product but they have no idea how it really works. Project management team had no project management skills. Delays were unbearable during implementation and crippled our business. Highly recommend you shop around before purchasing.

Terrible communication within the company. Once the sales people sell you something don’t expect much of a response. It took months to get rolling and no one who worked with us ever really knew how the product functioned or who to talk to to implement certain features. The software is also super archaic and there are much easier to use systems out there for the price.
