Extremely evasive in follow up on Employee Retention Credits and have caused me hours of unnecessary admin work as well as the IRS debiting my account because they sent an unnecessary and conflicting form. I am giving them a chance to make it right so let's see how that goes but for now I would be very cautious of using this firm.

I have been unable to establish contact with the company, often waiting weeks for a response to my emails. Despite paying upfront for ERC credits, it has been almost a year without resolution. The company consistently claims that the IRS has lost our documents. We have resubmitted our documents four times, yet they continue to go missing.

I started the ERC process with this firm more than 2 and half years ago. In the beginning, everything seemed fine. They seemed to be handling everything the way it should be handled. We filed for claims for 6 quarters. Four of those quarters were eventually accepted by the IRS, after about a year. No problem, the IRS can be slow. After that though, I begin getting requests for information from Stenson about payments I have already received. So, I send them copies of payments received. For the next year I keep getting requests for the same information. I get no answers to my questions regarding the other 2 quarters that were filed. They keep saying they will check with the IRS. I sign an 8821, so they can speak with the IRS on my behalf. After several months, still nothing. Eventually, I call the IRS myself, now 2 years after initially filing. In one day, I find out that the IRS sent a request for a wet signature of one of the claims that has not been accepted. It took me one day.....2 years later Stenson still didn't know. So I reach out to Stenson again...What is going on? Why don't you know about the wet signature, I ask. "We are still looking into it, can you send us copies of checks received?" they ask. You mean the ones I sent more than a year ago? I say. Sure, I'll do that again. Fast forward, several more months...someone reaches out and tells me things I already know, they need a wet signature and a 3911 trace form for the final 2 payments. One catch, the IRS has now put a moratorium on payments because of all the fraud in the program. No telling when any additional payments may be made. If they had done their jobs correctly the first time all claims would have been settled long before the moratorium. I do not recommend this firm, there are plenty of firms that can do these claims, even your local Accountant.

It was a pleasurable experience working with Stenson Tamaddon. I asked them to help me with my ERC and their team walked me through the process every step of the way. They made things extremely easy for me. I will be sure to recommend them to my fellow business owners.

I started the ERC process with Stenson and Tamaddon over 2.5 years ago. We filled for 6 of the quarters and we have only been paid on 2 of them. I started to call the IRS myself and found out that they miss filled 2 of the quarters, one of which I can no longer file for. If they would have done their job properly in the first place, I would have received payments for all of the quarters when I receive payments for the two. Now I get the run around from Stenson and Tamaddon. They don't call the IRS to figure out what's going on and I keep getting passed to different people. They still want their 15% when it looks like they are going to cost me much more than that. I am still missing 4 quarters.

I wouldn't recommend Stenson and Tamadon for anything.

We had best experience with Stenson Tamaddon this week. They helped us file for the ERC money for 3 of our companies. The process was so easy, and Jen was great to work with on this process. We highly recommend them to other business owners and friends.

I chose them because they were offering loans against my return and could get the cash needed for my business. After verifying several times that I would be receiving the loan I signed my returns. After they were signed and filed, they informed me they will not be doing the loan because I did not have over $100k coming back. After confronting them about this, they have ghosted me.
