System is terrible under load. I am student using this system. Kicked me out seemingly randomly 3 times so far mid application, there is no queue or information on how to avoid being kicked out.

Whenever there is a surge in website usage from students, the website always just locks people out, wasting everybody's time, without a proper queue system.

StarRez is fantastic! You really can't find a better housing software for you institution. We used it to completely automate our housing processes and save massive man hours and headaches. The students greatly appreciate the autonomy of being able to use the system for room/meal selection. I highly recommend getting a demo of the system. It will be worth your time.
