I had a wonderful experience picking out glasses with Kinshara at Stanton Optical. She was incredibly patient and took the time to help both my daughters and me find frames that suited our face shapes perfectly. She also explained the differences in lens options and pricing with complete transparency, which I really appreciated. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert advice and exceptional customer service!

However, I will never recommend Alexis due to her poor customer service, unprofessional and nonchalant attitude. I hope management will have an open feedback and transparent discussion with her. I personally interacted with her and witnessed her being rude to other customers. I left and came back on another day to specifically to work anyone other than her. Management please talk with Alexis because she’s making your company look bad.

Assistant Manager Kinshara gave us amazing service. She thoroughly explained everything we needed for improved vision and why. She also helped us realize how important ordering in store is compared to online. She made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent service.

This place is terrible. I went in because i ha a problem with my eyes, I called customer service to make a appointment. I asked about same day glasses even mentioning that I have a very high script usually -8.5 and they assured me that they would have glasses same day for me. I went ahead and made the appointment, went in next day only to be told they do NOT have lens that high and they would have to be shipped off to the lab. I went ahead with my appointment, noting on the intake for that I had issues with watery eyes, and other things. Did my pre-check exams with tech and get called back to the room. I do not have my contacts in so I cannot see, at this point a person starts talking to me (the screen) and I had no clue. I asked the tech who it was and she proceeded to tell me it was a televisit.. I had NO idea this was a televisit,, no one said anything. I went on with my exam, dr did noto one time mention anything or ask any questions about my ongoing issues with my eyes. Exam was done, i go out to get my script. They wrote it for an entirely different brand of contacts. I asked for them to be changed, they said the dr is not available. I went ahead and ordered them. I just picked them up and they are terrible. I cannot see, I had already questioned my script the day i ordered because it was pretty different from what i had been wearing for the last 6ish years. I will be returning them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It an absolute joke, I have been going to the eye dr for 25 years and have never been so frustrated.​​​​​

Just wanted to say thank you to Destiny at the League City location! My daughter goes there to get her glasses done and mentioned this optical location and she was fantastic. Destiny made sure to explain everything that she was doing and made sure to explain the hybrid mode since that is a completely new thing for me.
