Don’t like how they rush me to give them the money cause they said before the government change the laws and they had me get them information, then after a year they said there not going to contact me no more, that it’s a waiting game …if I would of seen the review before I wouldn’t have done it…my son did a resentenced and they gave him a public defender and was out in 3 months…would of paid him instead of Spolin law, they get not only your money, but your high hopes for something good…

Bought a $3k case review in 2022. Closed my case in early 2023 and didn't know about it until December of this year. Don't believe the brochures and hype because they have no communication skills. Had to speak to multiple rude people. How they have a 5 star rating on Avvo is baffling to me, but that site is a farce anyway.

P.S. - For anybody that actually spent money for this alleged "attorney", call your bank and file a charge back to get your money back.

We hired Spolin Law to do a case review for my nephew. We believed that he qualified for SB 775 and after reading everything on their web site we felt that this firm was most up to date with this new bill. After having them do a case review and seeing the level of effort and detail they put in our family was very impressed. After talking about it over the holidays we will be hiring this firm to help with SB 775 as his case review showed that was the most promising way forward for him. *DO NOT HIRE THES PEOPLE * In or around 2020 spolin law charged my family over 24k to file a re sentencing under Ab2942, a Franklin hearing and a commutation packet for my cousin John Poe V36398 who has been in prison since he was 18 yrs old in 2002 sentenced to 64 yrs to life. Spolin wrongfully said that we could pay him to do all of these things above which it turns out is free to all incarcerated ppl who these things apply to and it is impossible for a paid lawyer to do anything in favor of the inmate under the above mentioned laws. Spolin robbed my family and is refusing to give back the money,DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE, they are criminals who take advantage of desperate people. May God have mercy on his soul as we spent our hard earned money to try to help my family

I highly recommend Spolin Law! Attorney Aaron is an amazing person and extremely responsible for his client. I had an dispute with my former client and caused some trouble to my firm. And he would listen to my side of the story and patiently guided me through the whole complicated legal process. He is very knowledgeable in terms of insurance law and gave me priceless advice during every process. More importantly, he, for the whole time, has been extremely proactive on my case. He always made contact, followed up and kept me updated with the status of the case.

The spolin firm to be honest, are great at doing case reviews. The reviews are indepth, and the over all break down for the things they can and can not do once the case review is completed, is comprehensive. Contacting someone is hard, but understandable. It would be helpful to both the clients, and the staff working at the firm, if there was a legal dash board created. For example, When a potential client becomes an actual client, they then would get a legal dashboard pin number to track the status of their case, given the staff more time to focus on other important things within the firm. Over all I give them a thumbs up. We are currently waiting on the outcome for a AB2942 application which was excellent work put into it... we feel it's a very strong application.

The guy who answered was quick to hang up. He said he wasn't able to help me even tho I didn't finish explaining. I have a conviction first felony ever (PC 29805). The court convicted me because I had misdemeanor priors that triggers a 10 year gun ban in California (i legally purchased my firearms at a gun store prior to my misdemeanor conviction). This is a state law which is unconstitutional. Under federal law the same Misdemeanor priors DO NOT prohibit me from owning or possessing firearms. I wanted to have this felony conviction PC 29805 removed from my record. According to this law firm they don't appeal these convictions because it's california state law and that law is final (state law can't oppose or infringe federal law or the constitution 2A). He could have atleast advised me on what type of lawyer I need to shop for but oh yea he didn't let me finish explaining. It was less than a 60 second call by the time he hung up. Thnx!
