INCREDIBLE SERVICE. The people who work for Spoke IP are supremely helpful, attentive, quick, and kind! I've worked closely with Brooke and Lyda Rose to achieve all of my business' phone needs. They always respond right away whether I call or email, and don't hesitate to spend time helping me solve whatever issues may arise. When we upgraded our phones to a new platform, they came out to help us install the new devices and make sure that everyone was comfortable using them. As we have grown, they have provided us with simple solutions to new challenges quickly and in a cost-effective way. These guys really make things seamless and easy for my company. I absolutely love working with SpokeIP. We are a large medical practice with multiple locations and I can't say enough great things about them. The owner, Lawrence is so personable, knowledgeable and just an overall fun guy to work with and his entire team (Lyda Rose, Brooke, Ann) are incredible. We've had their service for about 5 years now and have never had any issues that wasn't taken care of within 24 hours. When you call or email their service team , 9/10 times they answer immediately or within a few minutes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new phone company. You won't be disappointed.
