I called SPM for some advice. Unlike other companies, I was able to speak to a technical professional with no interminable hold. That in itself is a gift. On top of that, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me an option for a reasonable repair on my 2017 MacBook Air but also gave me sound advice that actually went against his own profit motive. He encouraged me to consider buying a new computer rather than repairing this aging one and he recommended the type of Mac I should invest in. I’m kind of sad not to be giving him business by letting him do the repair but I would call him if I ever have another issue and will definitely refer others to him. He is an A+ businessman.
