I worked with this organisation for couple of years before I quit in 2022 here is my feedback

Remote work pattern saves time on office errands

Cons

1) They top management not the C level don't know what they are doing. 2) Definitely not a employee friendly company 3) A lot of favourism and biased approach towards employees by the senior management 4) They overlook the talent and will not give an ear for the employee concerns

Advice to Management

Meaningful action is required to examine how management treats employees because there is a risk of losing a talent pool.
