I worked with Lauren and she was an absolute delight! As soon as I met her I felt at ease which is unusual for an interview. She was extremely friendly and helped me into the right direction. The first company she linked me with hired me, which was amazing. From then on out, she was there with me, calling me to make sure I go everything I needed and made sure my first day on the job was great. It was good having her to help deal with the things that can be kind of awkward with an employer, such as pay, etc. But having her helped made everything so easy and effortless. If I ever needed to find a job, I would immediately work with Spherion, without even thinking twice. Thank you so much Lauren & Spherion, I'm forever thankful.

Spherion staffing has helped me a lot over the past few months throughout my position as a temp. Specifically Delta, has been extremely professional, helpful, and supportive. Any time I had a question, she got back to me super fast, and always found an answer for me and checked in on me every so often. I like the fact that they are very efficient and proactive with their hiring process. They always responded to my questions in a timely manner and offered detailed information about the company and the position.
Once I was offered the position, the onboarding process was also completed in a timely manner and productively. I am very satisfied with all the steps and I believe that this position will be a good fit.

I recently applied for a job I found on the Spherion website and was contacted by Jess to discuss my qualifications and to set up an interview. Jess was extremely professional and a great communicator throughout the entire interview and negotiation process. I honestly cannot recommend Jess enough and have already passed her contact information to a friend getting ready to start a job search.
