The new V10 version is a downgrade in looks and performance, and was on chat bubble for an hour with no answers. Inspections take more clicks than ever before. Hope I can stay with V9, it worked excellent.

Spectora's online reporting software is the best thing since slic3d bread. The mobile app is just as good, when it works. Prepare yourself to back up everything single image and video that you take in the app and you have to back it up externally. I take alot of photos and video for my remorely located customers. Here I am almost complete with two reports from yesterday besides having about 20, 30 second videos, half had defects and locations that I needed to review and elaborate on. The, videos I need are gone and apparently it's somewhat my fault for not backing up and storing thousands of images. I'll say it again. They're the best when they work. When they/it doesn't, your buisness may be negatively effected which is contrary to the purpose of paying these fees. Admittedly they got better pre holidays, now I feel like they're all on vacation while I'm grinding my tail off. Something isn't aligning and I wish it were us, then I could fix the problem. It's a huge transition for us to switch up. We've invested alot of time and money into something that isn't giving full return on our full effort.

Spectora is a world class platform, producing the smoothest reports for my clients. The effort put into ease of use in the field is very obvious. The template is configurable and the coolest part I think are the “actions”, that automate email and text communication to my clients, realtors, even vendors at various points during the job life cycle. For instance, when my client signs the agreement, my termite guy automatically gets a service request with address, date/time, even square footage. Phenomenal platform. I wouldn’t consider doing business without it.

#SpectoraSEO ⛔️⚠️☣️ Zero Results, Zero Trust!

Be very cautious with Spectora’s SEO Boost service. I paid $700-$800 for a service that claimed to drive new customer traffic to my website. However, despite their promises, it has generated zero leads, zero customer flow, and zero engagement as advertised.

When I asked where my money was going, since I wasn’t seeing any results, I was told that it “takes time” and that part of my payment was allocated to email communications. Charging for basic email communication and calling it part of the product is completely unacceptable—this should be included as standard customer service, not an added expense.

Customer service has been unbearable, and after two weeks of waiting, I still haven’t received a proper response to my complaint. As a new business owner, this experience has been deeply frustrating and disheartening.

I strongly recommend avoiding any Spectora product other than the home inspection software and templates. Their SEO services, customer support, and resources are a scam. They don’t work, they don’t deliver, and they destroy trust. Spectora SEO Boost is nothing but a waste of money and time.
