I have 4 TV's, 2 laptops, and 2 cell phones that can run all at the same time and I never lose service. The speed is amazing. No loss of service during storms or high winds. Customer service is great. Highly recommend this company.

I have not started services with them yet, but I might have to since there is not a lot of internet service in my new home area. I’m planning on moving soon and decided to call them to ask about prices and of course to find out if they even provide service there. The lady I spoke to was very condescending in tone and treated me like I was stupid for not understanding as much as her how internet speeds work… I asked her simple questions and when I asked if the 1G would be best because I work from home, use other devices, plus there is 3 people in the house, she replied in a very irritated tone “ I mean people can pay what they wanna pay ma’am, you computer won’t use very much, but if you wanna pay for a higher price that’s on you, our internet speeds are VERY high, so it would be unnecessary (I took that as her calling me dumb) to pay more just because you think you need to”……first impressions do matters, and even though i cannot comment on the internet yet, i don’t feel too confident about the customer service. If south central thinks treating people like idiots because they don’t know as much as them is ok….then i really hope i find someone else who wont only give me good internet, but will treat me well too.

I have had Southcentral connect for about a year. My Internet is much faster and better than ever. My TV service is great, the only thing I would like is an upgrade on the remote control.
I feel like it's a little outdated.
