I'm very glad to have a team like Sonic IT Systems on my side. Anytime I have a question it is quickly answered and in a professional manner. Communication is very nice phone calls emails to start then there are follow-up calls and emails on every trouble ticket submitted. Glad to be working with Sonic IT Systems.

I used sonic for many years. Then when I wanted to cancel my monthly service I was told they had removed my router and firewall when they installed their own. They want their “Proprietary equipment” back now. I told them to install another router for me and take their equipment back. I offered to pay for them to do that too. Unfortunately they refused to install a router, so now I am stuck with their equipment and they won’t even supply the usernames and passwords for that equipment for me to switch it out. So I am stuck. Buyer beware. Everything is fine till you cancel then they hold you hostage for their equipment and you can’t get into yours because the password problem.

We've been using Sonic for years for our small business and personal computer & IT needs, and have loved working with Tim, Ryan & Nathan, and now Rebecca! Just this last week I was fed up with an issue I let go for too long, and Ryan got to the bottom of my woes in less than 24 hours, had me fixed up with a new hard drive in less than 48 hours AND I did not have to re-install any of my business bidding programs or accounting program (and let me tell you, the prospect of having to re-install ANY of those items was stressing me out big time, because it NEVER goes smoothly!). I know enough about computers in general to get myself in trouble, and can occasionally find my way out of minor issues, but I know that beyond a doubt, I can count on Sonic to bail me out of any minor OR major computer issues. Thank you, Tim, Ryan, Nathan & Rebecca for friendly, professional and great service!

I've had the pleasure of using Sonic for 2 years now at my business, Vern's Glass. They are always right on top of any problem that comes up. I recently posed a question to Tim about the QuickBooks program the company has been using for several years. brought my computer to check my power supply. They check it for me. turns out it was bad. dude sold me a new one. sold me double the Watts i needed. only needed a 250 watt sold me 500 watts. He said "dell computer are picky on that" I was "ok". Plus it was way over priced. sold me the 500 watts power supply for 59.99. Turns out u can pick up them on amazon for 24.99. They made a pretty penny on me. NEVER AGAIN!

You get what you pay for. I have had them build a computer for me and do data recovery and build an external hard drive. You can find stuff cheap on the internet and it might work and it might not. The stuff these guys sell you works and they stand behind it. You can either pay now or pay later.
