I took our laptop to Richard after reading all of the good reviews online. He had it fixed super fast and it’s perfect! It was a much better deal then We would have got anywhere else! He even fixed our charger in addition which was awesome! We will definitely return with any computer problems in the future .

I have an ASUS laptop and to make a long story short I allowed it to go into the safe mode and couldn't get out of it. I'm 71 years old and my computer knowledge is at the novice level. I did some research and every review about Richard was very positive. I took him my laptop and he repaired it in 24 hours at a very reasonable price of $60. Richard is a top notch professional. He explained to me in detail and terms that I could recommend exactly what he did. To say that I highly recommend him is a drastic understatement. He's the best.

Richard's work (diagnosing problem and replacing a hard drive in my wife's laptop) was super quick -- far less than 24 hours -- and unpretentious, unlike some of the 'big tech fix-it' companies. I'm new to PC gaming and needed help with getting sound output from my Tower to my T.V. I called and Not only was Richard nice enough to try and help me on the phone, I was able to set a house visit repair that day when nothing worked. (on a Saturday no less) Richard was quiet and friendly and walked me through what he was doing as he did it. He was also upfront with what he would charge, didn't make me feel dumb for my novice questions, and acknowledged my concerns because I was on a budget. I honestly don't think I have gotten better service a better price. I would recommend Sobe I.T to anyone in need of PC repair or assistance. It's defenently my new go-to for PC service.

I called several places I found on google. He was the first person that called me back, and he was quick and inexpensive and just over all friendly. I liked how he took my laptop apart in front of me and showed me why it broke and explained to me exactly how he was going to repair it. I'm really happy with the service, I highly recommend!
