What a fantastic company. We have had them here at our house many times for television installations and more. They are all wonderful! John Paul does excellent work and he cares about every detail in getting your systems working perfectly. I’m very impressed with this company. If you need any technical help in installations and security connectivity; this is the place to call. They are on-time, stay with you until everything is working fine and are always available to call for help. Real professionals work here. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of exceptional care you receive from this great company.

I want to tell you that I am so incredibly impressed by the service a quality Smart Tech provided to us. But more specifically, Willie. He is in one word- spectacular. He is always upbeat and positive. Truly enjoyable to have around. (I’m not sure how having a newborn and surely sleep deprived).

Our job had a few hiccups with the other outdated or faulty technology in our home and Willie consistently went above and beyond to find solutions and truly exceeded all expectations. I truly believe any other company we could have gone to would have just walked away and left us to figure it out on our own.

Willy from Smart Tech Security Systems came over to provide app training for our new systems, including pool, spa, lighting, Alexa, Ring, etc. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was so friendly that we felt like we had known him for years! He spent nearly two hours helping us set up all of our apps on both of our phones and explaining how to operate each one. I HIGHLY recommend Willy and Smart Tech Security! Their customer service is world-class!

What a great experience with this company. Set up the security system that came with the house. Installed several additional components. They hung four TVs and added 6 ceiling speakers and a sound bar. They were efficient, professional and appropriately priced. JP and team were great. Will use again if the need arises.

They charge over a 35% markup on products and services over regular ADT. I had just purchased in home in the area and googled ADT. Smart Tech came up as an official ADT provider. I thought they were actually ADT. After over a year I needed new products and called ADT corporate. Their quote was over 35% less than Smart Tech. Also, the one advantage Smart Tech had was friendly, local customer service. Willie especially was a pleasure to deal with. Now they have a new unfriendly rude guy answering all calls. Finally, their service charge is $189!!! Whilst ADT is only $69. If you enjoy surly service at over 1/3 markup by all means go with Smart Tech.

He explained things very well and never did we feel pressured about signing up for the security system.
