Be prepared to pay more than the 140$ they tell you that you will pay. Ron told me “there might be a tiny fee” when you get your device installed. Show up and it turns out to be another 100$ so in total I paid 240$ to have in my truck. Meanwhile they get 2400$ in total from me. Ron leaves out the most important part because he got his 40$ from you when you fall to get scheduled.

Horrible customer service I had an appointment at 345 the store was closed nobody there tell 415 and then she said there was a dodge in there they were having issues with and she told me if I was in a hurry to just re schedule mind you I got off work early and drove from fruita (an hour away ) to get here . Also waited about a week to even get this appointment She didn’t care at all wasn’t even trying to get me in just told me if I was in hurry to come back . Horrible customer service I drove all the way home and called customer service luckily they fit me in next day in junction and free of charge . Smart start customer service and grand junction has always been amazing but the delta store it’s self was horrible !!!!

The man working at this location was incredibly rude. Wasn’t willing to help me out. After i got my vehicle towed to this location. Made me call customer service because he didn’t want to service my vehicle. The customer service was amazing and told me to never come back to this location. This place needs to be shut down
