These guys DEFINITELY earned my business and I’ll happily be a lifelong customer and supporter of Slavens. I procrastinated parts needed for a new bike that I would be utilizing in a race that was only 5 days after I placed my order. Alec answered all my questions, almost instantly via email and then had to call in a couple other times for small questions. Alec heard the situation I was in and he got my parts to me in two days. Absolutely shocked when I heard it’d arrive before race. Heck, one of the items wasn’t even in stock when I ordered and they were able to acquire that part and get it to me overnighted. These guys are top notch and have unbeatable customer service in my opinion. They never seemed irritated or annoyed and got me exactly everything I needed. Can’t thank you all enough!

Their EZ clips are a break through that should have happened 25 years ago from OEM, but getting parts is a 50/50 experience. Waited a month to get my top end kit, and it took 4 attempts to contact them to finally get the parts they promised in 3 days.
