I contacted Sky Blue Heating & Cooling after receiving a flyer in the mail. We opted to have our equipment serviced.

Neil & Deric arrived and discovered our system was approximately 28 years old. They provided us with information and decided to get a new system.

Neil & Deric arrived with the new equipment and got straight to work without skipping a beat. Nazhone helped Deric and Neil on the last day of installation.

All three technicians were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and left no doubt in our minds that we had chosen the right company to do the job.

We recently had a new unit installed and Sky Blue did an amazing job. The communication was impressive! My son has autism and does not like loud noises. I was worried about the install and how my son would react, we unfortunately could not leave the house do to other medical conditions so I expressed my concerns. The way they helped was by giving me an exact time frame of the entire day and they stuck to that time frame. With that information, I was able to plan activities for my son to be distracted of the noise. The entire team was aware of our situation and 100% showed empathy towards limiting as much noise as possible. I really enjoyed the texts updates, they sent a start text with details of each crew member which included their name and picture. They sent a text when they were on the way and showed up within 30 mins. Overall great company!

Had an ac unit installed, the price seemed very reasonable. Installer was professional and friendly. His assistant seemed like he was still learning the ropes, and actually stepped through the drywall of my ceiling, but they had it fixed by professionals within a couple hours. I accidentally gave them an extra $100 bill when I paid, and they called me to give it back. It's nice to work with an honest local company.

We had Sky Blue Heating & Cooling install a Mini Split in April 2024 and have had a few minor things we needed a service person to come back for. Sky Blue is an amazing company; they are so quick to get an agent out, they are prompt, knowledgeable, have amazing customer service skills, etc. I can't say enough great things about this company. Any interaction with anyone from Sky Blue has been outstanding, our most recent experience was with Matt, he went above and beyond today and that type of service should not go unnoticed.
