The team is always on top any issue you have. Response to help desk are pretty fast and the techs are all friendly and very easy to deal with. Have never had any problems with anyone. The only thing I can say is that the whole team is great.

The company helped our IT situation with security and getting us running from the early days of our company. They are always available whether in person or on the phone...and they do get back to you within the same day. Not like some IT companys I worked for in the past in corporate travel.
