I can't say enough great things about the Shout About Us team. In my line of work I encounter a lot customer care teams and account reps. The SAU team hands down is the best to work with. Their single day turnaround on some of my requests saved the day more than once. In all honesty it made me try to be better with my line of work when responding to clients. There were times where I was clueless on a function in the tool. I would reach out and ask for help to solve it myself. Then they would walk me through on how I could solve the problem, on my own, like a big kid. All without ever sounding condescending or frustrated. If I could copy and paste the SAU team to other parts of my own organization I would in a heart beat. 5 star service from day one.
