I’ve been a member at SHIFT for just over a year now, having completed two annual health assessments/physicals and let me tell you it is well worth the price. You truly have access to a team of highly credentialed people who genuinely care and take a deep interest in your total health. My care team is Dr. Jessica Benjamin, Lauren Hopkin and Scott Robin and they are all amazing. They’ve taken the time to really get to know me and my health situation/goals and tailored my experience based on my individual needs utilizing traditional and forward thinking technology. The team is also very accessible and I’ve been able to get immediate assistance on prescriptions, questions and referrals even when they weren’t urgent. It’s so comforting to know my doctor is just a phone call, text or email away and I don’t need to wait days or weeks to make an appointment. Dr. Benjamin will make you feel like you are a priority and will make sure you get the absolute best care for your situation. Lauren will be your #1 champion in nutrition and will tailor a program specifically to you. She is incredibly knowledgeable in nutrition and fueling your body. Scott is a masterful physical therapist and will build a fitness program tailored to your needs and/or assess and help you correct any physical issues you are having. I highly recommend SHIFT to anyone who wants to prioritize their health and receive high quality, personalized care.

I am so happy my friends told me about Scott Robin at, Shift, to help me rehab a knee I twisted on vacation. He interviewed me to learn and understand my level of activity and my future expectations of mobility. He consulted and worked together with my trainer to help me build up the muscles and strength again. He gave me great exercises to work on at home between sessions. I am so happy that my friends recommended Scott Robin. I am now back to enjoying my active life style.

Dr. Ari and the team at SHIFT are truly invested in each person’s whole healthy experience. From the time I walked in the door, I felt like my presence mattered and I was listened to. During each part of my executive physical, each member of the team took time to explain and check in with me on how I felt and if I understood my results. I worked with Lauren H. for about 5 mos. and she has helped me achieve my goals by changing my mindset about eating and giving me specific tools to try each week. Scott has been incredibly effective at helping to improve and heal my chronic lower back pain. After trying other physical therapists with no real long term improvement, my pain has now been meaningfully reduced in less than six months, allowing me to get back to running and exercising. Great team. The doctor engaged across a variety of my medical concerns and developed a plan of execution that was both realistic and accountable. The nutritionist was able to help fill some holes in my diet to help me both lose weight and add to muscle mass. The physical therapist offered a variety of exercises to work through my old injuries and offered some suggestions on how to improve my leg muscles and aerobic capacity. A great day - thanks team!

A shift puts the Concierge in Concierge medicine. They are the most patient centered, Caring, and medically sophisticated outfit I have ever encountered in my life. They make their patient feel important and are determined and committed to tailoring their medical care to the unique and idiosyncratic needs, fears, and desires of their patients which they can almost miraculously divine because of their ability to empathically listen. I can’t say enough great things about shift. They are one of a kind, and I am blessed and grateful to be in their care.
