Sheraton universal ,is an excellent hotel, perfect for those seeking relaxation and luxury. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff always courteous and helpful. California kitchen offers an experience of pure well-being. with delicious dishes for all tastes. Ideal for couples and families, it is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday in Fuerteventura. Highly recommended for those who want a stay of comfort and tranquility. I stayed at the Sheraton Universal in Universal City for 7 nights. I was there on business at the NBC Universal Studio lot, and this hotel was in the perfect location. (Except for steep hill between the hotel and the studio lot gates which made the walk "home" at the end of the day...bracing. 😆) My client on the lot suggested I stay in this hotel, and it was the obvious choice, and a good one.||The hotel is very nicely appointed, with clean, well designed interiors and very nice rooms. My only complaint with the rooms was a lack of usable storage space. There is no dresser with drawers. The few drawers that are there are very tiny, and meant more for personal effects rather than clothes. There is a good sized closet, but really only with hanging space. I mostly kept my clothes in my suitcase on the suitcase rack throughout my trip. I also wish the only usable "desk" space in the room wasn't a table and chair directly under the TV. There is a sofa bed with a small side table, but this wasn't a great place for eating meals in the room, or for setting up a laptop to work. And having the table directly under the TV meant that it wasn't well situated for watching a little TV while eating dinner.||But these are small complaints about what was overall a very nice and comfortable hotel. And by far the best thing about the hotel was the staff. Every single person I passed every day smiled and greeted me. Somewhere between hiring really good staff and training them well on guest interaction, they ended up with a remarkably warm and inviting group of people running their property. I really appreciated that. And I will appreciate it even more when I return in a few weeks to stay for 2 1/2 weeks. They really made it feel like a "home away from home". I especially appreciated Maria and Helen, the attendants in the mornings in the club lounge room, who made me smile every morning at breakfast, even though I'm not even remotely a morning person.||I saw lots of families at this hotel, and even some dogs, so I know it is a family and pet friendly place. Every morning, even with the temperature not yet in the 70's, there were kids in the pool having a good time. And the shuttle to Universal Studios park was always bustling. Don't worry, with this shuttle, it is possible to avoid walking that steep hill. It just didn't stop at the right spot for my work, so I opted for the extra exercise. This hotel does a good job of serving both business customers and family vacationers alike.

Favorite hotel I have stayed at. Not too big and not too small. Just the right amount of luxury. Parking lot is directly next to it just a minutes walk away. Orange and lemon infused water greets you at entrance for a hot summer day. Place is very clean and love the aesthetic. Our room had a king bed with a couch bed and another couch big enough to sleep. The bathroom was perfect. The shower had a floor that made it so that you were never standing in water instead having it run off to the side into the drain. It was some type of stone. We ordered room service and it came on a cute cart like they do in movies. Felt so fancy. My favorite part was the view out of the ceiling to floor windows. We seen the Hollywood hills lit up at night. Perfect stay ❤️
Felt completely safe. Tons of staff walking around at all times. It’s enough out the way so that randoms are not anywhere by.

We were pleasantly surprised by this stay! Great value and ideal for Universal Studios visits. The valet staff were top-tier—quick, friendly, and professional. Front desk service? Not so great. I had to ask twice to get my Marriott Rewards number added, and requests for towels/sheets took too long. Still, we enjoyed our stay overall and would return with some hope for improved service.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Helen and Maria at breakfast—they were absolutely lovely. Their warmth and kindness made our kids feel right at home, and breakfast quickly became one of their favorite parts of the day. It’s not often you find such genuine hospitality, and we’re truly grateful. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Got a room for the night so I wouldn't be wiped about driving tired after a night event at Universal. Prime location and they offer frequent shuttles to Universal, until an hour after the end of the event, so very reassuring about not needing to find a way back in the early morning. The room is very nice. I got a terrace room close to the pool. The pillows are very nice, squishy, and a little high but not too high. The bedding is nice, not super soft, but definitely not scratchy. It would be very comfortable to stay here for multiple nights. My room had a tub, which is a nice luxury I wasn't expecting. The only downside is that I'm not very fond of the cleaner they use for the room. There was a slight chemical scent when I first entered, but it dissipated fairly quickly. I left for a dinner reservation, and when I returned about an hour later, it was gone. Check-in was very easy. The person who helped me was very friendly and accommodating, helping me with any questions I had. In regards to parking, there's self parking and then there's valet parking. In case of self parking, you can get in and out with your key card.

We checked into the hotel with ease and had help bringing up our bags. Staff was pleasant. Our room however is disappointing for the price. It is actually pretty gross throughout the entire room. It looks like the place hasn't been dusted in a year, multiple broken things in the room, electrical hazards etc. For a "fancy upscale hotel", this is a waste of money. We were hoping to end our vacation with the kiddos showing them an awesome place and even the kids asked why everything was broken and dirty. The pool is freezing and the hot tub is so tiny. For having 21 floors, they should have a large heated pool and a few hot tubs. Breakfast is like $40 per person which is insane if I have a filthy room that I paid way too much for. The kitchen that cooks the food is probably just as filthy. There is a Hilton next door, maybe try that place instead.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. In the Club Lounge Linda and Helen were kind and attentive. It made our large family feel welcomed and we were able to start the day with a delicious breakfast. Everything was clean and comfortable. We appreciate the staff here!
