Cannot recommend Juliana and Rebeca enough! Our landlord had them clean after a fire next door damaged our anpartment and it is spotless and smells so clean! They cleaned every single part of the home and basically put everything back exactly right. They were in touch throughout the day and worked with my renters insurance on some furniture issues while they were cleaning the apartment. A++!

We contacted SERVPRO of West Loop/Bucktown/Greektown and they were at our home within an hour with a plan and all the necessary equipment to start the cleanup. They assessed and advised how best to handle the immediate need to dry up the water, remove the smell and prevent mold. They came prepared, installed their equipment, explained the extent of the water damage and the restoration process. They were professional, well trained and very knowledgeable.

The SERVPRO Lead Office Manager was proactive and reached out on a regular basis to keep us informed and ensure we were happy with the services provided.
