We came home to our basement and house to a major flooding! Called Servpro and spoke to Jack! He came right out and spoke with insurance company and they came right out and started the job! They were very professional and work non stop for 5 days straight. They cleaned and gutted our entire basement and boxed everything we could save and will clean it! It was a very devastating ordeal for us not being able to live in house but the guys and girls came in and made things a lot easier for us! They exceeded our expectations by 100%! You ever need anything done this is the place to call and use! Thank you again! 5 stars all the way!

Our 1st floor two bed room unit was flooded when the 2nd floor unit sewer jamed and overflowed both bath rooms running into our living room. Called Servpro and Sean was there in 10 minutes to evaluate the situation.

We had a leak in one of our buildings. We called Harold Lapp to send out a crew. To say they were amazing, is an understatement. They came in and took photos of the units affected, removed anything they found wet (carpet, padding, sheetrock) and they set up blowers to dry everything out. We were beyond impressed with the timely response and the thoroughness of their scope of work!! We will be calling them again in the future, should we need their services!!! After a ground-floor shower flooded all adjacent rooms, I contacted Service Pro. The owner, Pat, immediately responded in the middle of a Saturday and met me at my home. After taking measurements and photographs, he explain to me the concerns he had about what happened and the appropriate measures needed in order to make this part of my home safe again. He emailed me a hard copy of his assessment outlining the steps and the fee.
Later that week, his technicians arrived on time and were very polite, courteous, and respectful. They explained to me what they were going to do and gave me their cell phone number if I needed to reach them.
I am so grateful to Pat and his Service Pro technicians for making an unfortunate situation more bearable. I appreciate it knowing that this part of my home would be clean and safe.
