Game changer and our customers love it! Our love the text they get when the technician is on the way to their home. This system is a beast and you will need to give yourself time to learn the ins and outs. I highly recommend getting into a sparks group and talk to other ST users. Our sparks group leader Timmy Boy is awesome! He keeps us talking and learning.

ServiceTitan has been a game-changer for us. The whole platform just makes everything click better - both for our office team and our techs out in the field. We added their Dispatch Pro and Scheduling Pro, and wow, what a difference!
The thing that keeps blowing me away is how they're always coming out with new updates. And not just tiny fixes - they're constantly rolling out new features and major improvements. They’ve been diving into AI now for a while, which shows they're really thinking ahead.
Their marketing is super smooth - it connects directly with Google, Yelp, Home Advisor, Service Channel and more. Makes handling leads so much easier. Marketing Pro was definitely worth every penny.
If you're thinking about some of the Pro add-ons (Dispatch, Scheduling, Marketing), just do it. They've paid for themselves and then some.
These guys are leading the pack in home services software for a reason. They're always investing in making things better and actually listen to what we need. Every time I turn around, they've added something new that makes running our business easier!

ServiceTitan is a wonderful tool for people in the trades. The software is powerful, sometimes the user interface is convoluted, but my experience with each team member has been great. I value the help from my success Manager La'Day, and I make sure I am part of the ember sessions every week; Joel is highly engaging and knowledgeable, he runs a dynamic session, gets all guests to participate and provides helpful insights.

Avoid this company at all costs. Despite being one of the most expensive dispatch software providers, they offer very little in return. The service is poor, the representatives are inattentive, and communication is virtually nonexistent. Many features are either unusable or require you to jump through hoops to activate—despite paying for them.

Initially, they provide great customer service to win you over, but once you go live with the software, you're on your own. They rarely return calls, fail to follow through on promises, and tightly control your experience. You even have to justify why you need certain features, which they must manually enable.

To make matters worse, adding features like payment integration means being pushed to third-party companies that charge even more. Overall, the experience is frustrating and not worth the high cost. Plus, they renew your contract with your permission.
