This property is infested with roaches and mold. The children here physically and emotionally harassed my children for a year, I complained constantly. Ultimately, my 14 year old daughter killed herself in apartment 2611 A, pictured right behind the property sign. Please don’t expose your children to this no matter how low the rent is, it will cost you everything you love.

Sadly, this place could be nice. But it isn't ! Close to the grocery store, so I looked into it. I dont know if its terrible management or the owners just don't care if this place becomes a total dump. Turns out the Roaches really are bad. I heard there are Bed Bugs too. Just tragic.

What can I say about this place? I only pick up kids from here. As in all places because of covid19, their grass and landscaping needs attention. The people I've spoken with seem to like living there. I know nothing about their management.

I would have given 5 stars but the kids are so loud at night sometimes and no one is addressing the noise level. These apartments are old but well maintained. Neighbors are friendly.
