They auto charge for an incorrect certificate. Their billing depart only handles online tickets but they never reply to requests for update status. Calls to Tech Support indicate they raise the status of the ticket but no return. Customer Satisfaction apparently is not a priority. No solution but to buy more certificates and let the incorrect certificate expire.

If I could give zero rating I would, the level of support from the organisation is terrible. They have no sense of urgency at all. Furthermore, they do not follow up on requests on time or ask the relevant questions to get to the solution. Suggestion, if you are looking for another public cert provider, don't use Sectigo.

Be careful of this company. They will take your money and then not finish validating your business. Just lead you on, promising that they have "escalated the case and it should be resolved in the next 24 hours". That never happens. Beware of this scam.

Update: Took months to get verified. Finally got access to keys. Found we could not use the product as is. They ended up refunding us. The process is a mess but looks like they are legit. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time to get validated.

Sectigo or Sitelock scam....they pushed me to buy sitelock on bluehost..... they promised malware would be cleaned from my account. They said f I pay 300 usd per year no problem...malware will be cleaned....but they did not tell me they charge 300 USD per website not per account. So it would cost me over 2000 usd per yer to do their scam...forget about refund also....they do not honour that...remember when you hear sitelock.....RUN...this company is one of the scamiest companies I ever came across in my life

I was getting a code signing cert and once I had everything on my side complete, it took a month with me regularly following up for the cert to finally be issued. Typically when I called in or used the live chat I would get the response "We have escalated your ticket. You should get an update within 48 hours." When asking for more information or some way to validate that action was taken, it was met with resistance and once I was even politely hung up on. I don't know what the expectation is for how quickly the process should be completed, but not once was I told that the expectation was any more than two days. So 30 days is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately for me your staff were equally unhelpful when asking to cancel the process and be refunded. Needless to say, I will not be a return customer.

I am waintg for a validation more than three weeks. Still no repsonse, just because of a phone number change... They have a very bad cusotmer support and tey can not fix the issiue such a long time. Therfore I can not deliver to my customers. I will order a new certificate from another certificte provider ..

Just look at the reviews, they are all either 1 star or 5 star and most of the positive reviews sound the same and mention a support rep called GRACE. Seriously, nobody spells names in ALL CAPS but all these reviewers did? Clearly fake reviews paid for by the company. Disgusting.

I will never work with Sectigo again. It took me a month to purchase and validate a code signing certificate. You need to call their support at every step of the process to move it forward. I'd receive emails directing me to complete steps which I would do promptly. If I did not call the validation team, the order would never go to the next step.

Originally I tried their online support, but that is a waste of time, they never respond. You need to call and wait for a support or validation agent. Even then, you often have to call multiple times for each step of the validation. I would call, be told that a step would be completed within 30 minutes and it seldom was. It usually took three calls to complete.

Then finally, once you receive the email that the certificate is ready, it doesn't show up on the site. You need to call support once again, they check your account, make a switch in the back end and then it appears. Their software, people and processes are all buggy.

Avoid Sectigo unless you enjoy spending your time on the phone with support. Never again.
